I was employed as a freelancer by John Lewis to redesign their whole checkout process to be optimised for mobile. Working closely with the UX team in an agile environment, we created a new checkout that improved the customer journey by reducing the number of pages in the checkout process and simplifying information entry requirements.
We created a visual language and modular UI structure that could be used efficiently through different parts of the checkout process and the many permutations of content structure.
